This Estate Agency Graduate Management Development Programme 2010 / 2011 has now opened its doors to ambitious, energetic, entrepreneurial, confident, articulate candidates who are natural leaders... and looking to start a great career in Estate Agency across the UK.

Our client is one of the UK’s leading Estate Agencies, with offices Nationwide. They are currently looking to recruit a large number of Graduates (or candidates with Estate Agency experience) to join their Management Development Programme, with the objective of candidates managing a branch within 12 – 18 months.

TITLE: Estate Agency Graduate Management Development Programme LOCATION: Nationwide SALARY: OTE starting at £21,000, rising to £30,000 with unlimited earning potential BENEFITS: Company car (BMW 1 Series) + excellent monthly bonus scheme + bespoke professional development START DATE: September 2010 HOURS: 40 hours per week

As part of the Estate Agency Graduate Management Development Programme, you will be taught all aspects of:

• €¢ Management

• €¢ Estate Agency

• €¢ Sales

The ideal candidates for the Estate Agency Graduate Management Development Programme will possess:

• €¢ A minimum 2:2 degree qualification, or equivalent proven experience in Estate Agency

• €¢ A full driving licence

• €¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The client will also be looking for some, if not all, of the following qualities in the candidates for their Estate Agency Graduate Management Development Programme: Driven, ambitious, energetic, professional, entrepreneurial, competitive, sales focused, individual, exceptional communicator, numerate, confident, articulate, leader, outgoing personality and inspirational.
